Being Mo

In case anyone missed this, FOX Sports is airing a special documentary called “Being: Mariano” on October 20th at 4:30 pm ET. It will be re-broadcast on October 22nd on Fox Sports 1 at 9:30pm ET.

I’m really looking forward to the doc even though it’ll make me cry all over again.

Just watched it here in New York. Very, very well done and a credit to its subject. For all of us fans, a wonderful tribute to a true Yankee hero.

Just saw it too. Very well done. I wish it could have been longer. Maybe more talk with teammates and about his gifts. Still it was excellent. Good luck to Mo.

Aaargh, you guys. I missed most of it (it was on at 10:30 am here) and only caught the last 10-15 minutes, so I’ll watch the re-broadcast on Tuesday night. I have to admit that seeing him say goodbye at the Stadium made me cry all over again. I miss him already.

You said it was on at 6pm but it showed early at 2:30pm ET. I was surprised when I saw the time on the TV guide(Not the magazine).

Yes, I saw that they updated the air time. I guess it revolved around the football schedule on FOX or maybe the Red Sox-Detroit series. In any case, I hope they stick to the Tuesday night time so I won’t miss it.

I DVR’d it so I’ll get to watch it tonight. This is going to be one of those DVR’d shows that we will keep forever.
